  1. Partially immerse the sensor in an oil bath and warm up the oil bath.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard Resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Condition
    		Specified Condition
    1 (LVL) - 2 (E)
    		ON, 20°C (68°F)
    		Below 1 Ω
    OFF, 20°C (68°F)
    		Below 1 Ω
    ON, 60°C (140°F)
    		Below 1 Ω
    OFF, 60°C (140°F)
    		10 kΩ or higher
    If the result is not as specified, replace the sensor.
