REMOVE NO. 1 SPEAKER OPENING COVER ASSEMBLY
REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY
REMOVE NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY
REMOVE NO. 1 CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL (w/o Radio Receiver)
REMOVE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (for Radio and Display Type)
REMOVE CLOCK ASSEMBLY

Clock -- Removal

HINT:

Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

1. REMOVE NO. 1 SPEAKER OPENING COVER ASSEMBLY

Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Meter Gauge Display.Meter / Gauge System.Clock Removal

Put protective tape around the No. 1 speaker opening cover assembly.

Using a moulding remover A, detach the 8 clips and remove the No. 1 speaker opening cover assembly.

2. REMOVE NO. 3 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

for Type A:
1. Put protective tape around the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

2. Using moulding remover B, raise the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.
3. Pull the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly by hand to detach the 7 claws and guide and remove the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

for Type B:
1. Put protective tape around the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

2. Using moulding remover B, raise the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.
3. Pull the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly by hand to detach the 6 claws and remove the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

3. REMOVE NO. 4 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

for Type A:
1. Put protective tape around the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

2. Using moulding remover B, raise the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.
3. Pull the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly by hand to detach the 7 claws and guide and remove the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

for Type B:
1. Put protective tape around the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

2. Using moulding remover B, raise the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.
3. Pull the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly by hand to detach the 6 claws and remove the No. 3 instrument panel register assembly.

4. REMOVE NO. 1 CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL (w/o Radio Receiver)

for Type A:
1. Detach the 8 claws and 3 clips.
2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the No. 1 center instrument cluster finish panel.

for Type B:
1. Detach the 10 claws.
2. Disconnect the connectors and remove the No. 1 center instrument cluster finish panel.

5. REMOVE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY (for Radio and Display Type)

Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

Remove the 2 screws and 2 bolts.

Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

Pull the radio and display receiver assembly with bracket to detach the 6 claws and 2 clips on the backside of the radio and display receiver assembly with bracket.

Disconnect the connectors and remove the radio and display receiver assembly with bracket.

6. REMOVE CLOCK ASSEMBLY

for Type A:
1. Remove the 2 screws and clock assembly.

for Type B:
1. Remove the 2 screws and clock assembly.
