Front Bumper (For Standard) -- Disassembly |
| 1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Detach the 10 claws, and remove the radiator grille assembly.
 |
| 2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) |
Extend the headlight cleaner washer nozzle cover LH.
 |
Detach the claw and remove the headlight cleaner washer nozzle cover LH.
| 3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) |
Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.
 |
Remove the headlight cleaner clamp as shown in the illustration.
 |
Pull down the headlight cleaner clamp B.
 |
Detach the claw and guide and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.
| 5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) |

- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System) |
Remove the 4 clamps and headlight cleaner hose.
 |
| 7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER INNER BRACKET (w/ Fog Light) |
Detach the 3 claws and remove the front bumper inner bracket.
 |
| 8. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) |
Disconnect the connector.
 |
Remove the 2 screws.
Detach the 2 guides and remove the fog light assembly LH.
| 9. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light) |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 10. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System) |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure for both No. 1 ultrasonic sensors.
Disconnect the 2 connectors.
Detach the claw and remove the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor as shown in the illustration.
| 11. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE |
Detach the 10 clamps and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.
| 12. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH |
Remove the 3 clips.

Detach the 10 claws and remove the lower radiator grille sub-assembly LH.

Remove the 3 screws.

Detach the 2 guides and remove the fog light bracket LH.
Remove the screw.

Detach the 4 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.
| 15. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/ Fog Light) |

| 16. REMOVE FOG LIGHT MOUNTING BRACKET LH (w/ Fog Light) |
Detach the 3 claws and remove the fog light mounting bracket LH.

| 18. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER PAD |
Remove the 4 front bumper pad.
| 19. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 PROTECTOR |
Remove the 2 front bumper No. 2 protectors.

| 20. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET (w/ Bracket) |
Remove the 2 bolts.

Detach the 2 claws and remove the front bumper extension mounting bracket.
| 21. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER GUARD (w/ Garnish) |
Remove the 6 nuts.

Detach the 4 claws and remove the front bumper guard.
| 22. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER GUARD GARNISH (w/ Garnish) |
Remove the 4 clips.

Detach the 6 guides and remove the front bumper guard garnish.
| 23. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER NO. 2 GUARD (w/ Garnish) |
Remove the 2 clips.

Detach the 15 claws and remove the front bumper No. 2 guard.
