Front Bumper (W/ Winch) -- Disassembly |
| 1. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ Fog Light) |
Disconnect the 2 connectors.
Detach the 11 clamps and remove the No. 4 engine room wire.
| 2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER INNER BRACKET (w/ Fog Light) |
Detach the 3 claws and remove the front bumper inner bracket.

| 3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light) |
Remove the 2 screws.

Detach the 2 guides and remove the fog light assembly LH.
Disconnect the connector.

Remove the 2 retainers and the 2 screws.

Detach the 5 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

| 6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/ Fog Light) |

| 7. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light) |
Remove the 2 retainers and the screw.

Detach the 5 claws and remove the front bumper hole cover LH.
 |
| 8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light) |

| 9. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE LH |
Detach the 6 claws and remove the lower radiator grille LH.

| 10. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE RH |
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
| 11. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 BUMPER PROTECTOR |
Remove the 2 front No. 2 bumper protectors.
 |
| 12. REMOVE FRONT LICENSE PLATE BRACKET (w/ Bracket) |
Remove the 2 nuts and front license plate bracket.
 |
| 13. REMOVE WINCH CONTROL WIRE |
Remove the 2 nuts and winch control wire.
 |
