Egr Cooler -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE NO. 1 AND NO. 2 EGR VALVE ASSEMBLIES |
| 2. REMOVE NO. 3 WATER BY-PASS PIPE |
Remove the bolt and disconnect the 2 hoses to remove the No. 3 water by-pass pipe.

| 3. REMOVE NO. 8 WATER BY-PASS HOSE |
Remove the 2 No. 8 water by-pass hoses.
 |
| 4. REMOVE STUD BOLT |
Using an E6 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 4 stud bolts from the EGR cooler.
