Entry Lock And Unlock Switch (For Rear) -- Inspection

  1. Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
  2. The procedures listed below are for the LH side.


1. INSPECT ENTRY LOCK AND UNLOCK SWITCH


Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Theft Deterrent Keyless Entry.Entry And Start System (For Entry Function).Entry Lock And Unlock Switch (For Rear) Inspection

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the outside handle.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard Resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Switch Condition
    		Specified Condition
    1 (TRG-) - 3 (TRG+)
    		Lock switch not pushed (OFF)
    		10 kΩ or higher
    1 (TRG-) - 3 (TRG+)
    		Lock switch pushed (ON)
    		Below 1 Ω
    1. If the result is not as specified, replace the entry lock and unlock switch.
