DESCRIPTION

  1. 1: for LHD
  2. 2: for RHD
The cooler thermistor (duct sensor RH*1 or LH*2) detects the duct temperature and sends the appropriate signals to the air conditioning amplifier assembly.

1.READ VALUE USING GTS (FOOT DUCT SENSOR [REAR P])
  1. *1: for LHD
  2. *2: for RHD
  1. Use the Data List to check if the cooler thermistor (duct temperature sensor RH*1 or LH*2) is functioning properly (Click here).

  1. Remove the cooler thermistor (duct sensor RH*1 or LH*2) (Click here).

  1. Inspect the the cooler thermistor (duct sensor RH*1 or LH*2) (Click here).

3.CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY - COOLER THERMISTOR [DUCT SENSOR])
  1. Disconnect the E35 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

  1. for LHD:

    1. Disconnect the L12 cooler thermistor (duct sensor RH) connector.

  1. for RHD:

    1. Disconnect the K21 cooler thermistor (duct sensor LH) connector.

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
