1. INSPECT ACCELERATOR PEDAL SENSOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

  1. Turn the engine switch on (IG).

  1. Turn the GTS on.

  1. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Engine and ECT / Data List / ETCS / Accel Sens. No. 1 Volt % and Accel Sens. No. 2 Volt %.

  1. Read the value displayed on the GTS.

    Standard Value:
    Tester Display
    		Condition
    		Specified Condition
    Accel Sens. No. 1 Volt %
    		Released
    		10 to 22%
    Depressed
    		52 to 90%
    Accel Sens. No. 2 Volt %
    		Released
    		24 to 40%
    Depressed
    		68 to 99%
    If the result is not as specified, check the accelerator pedal, wire harness or ECM.
