Washer Motor (For Rear Side) -- Removal |
| 1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL LH |
| 2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER MUDGUARD LH |
Using a T30 "TORX" socket, remove the 4 screws.
 |
Remove the clip.
Detach the guide and remove the front fender mudguard LH.
| 3. REMOVE SIDE STEP ASSEMBLY LH |
Remove the 6 bolts and side step.
| 4. REMOVE BODY ROCKER PANEL MOULDING ASSEMBLY LH |
Remove the 8 side mudguard retainers and screw.
Detach the 10 clips and remove the rocker panel moulding.
| 5. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER LH |
Remove the 2 screws.
 |
Using a T30 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 screws.
 |
Remove the 2 grommets.
 |
Remove the 12 clips and front fender liner LH.
 |
| 6. DRAIN WASHER FLUID |
Remove the washer hose from the windshield washer motor and pump, and drain the washer fluid.
 |
| 7. REMOVE WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the clip and washer inlet.
 |
| 8. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY |
w/ Headlight Cleaner System:
Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.
Detach the 2 clamps and disconnect the 2 connectors.
w/o Headlight Cleaner System:
Detach the 2 clamps and disconnect the connector.
Disconnect the 2 washer hoses at rear portion of the windshield washer jar.

Detach the 2 guides and remove the 4 bolts and windshield washer jar assembly.
 |
| 9. REMOVE REAR WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY |
Disconnect the rear washer hose.
Disconnect the connector.
Remove the washer motor together with the gasket in the direction shown in the illustration.
