  1. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  2. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY

  5. DISCONNECT WATER PIPE AND HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. REMOVE IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY

  7. REMOVE SPARK PLUG

Ignition Coil And Spark Plug -- Removal



1. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and No. 2 engine under cover.



2. REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.3Ur-Fe Engine Control.Sfi System.Ignition Coil And Spark Plug Removal

  1. Raise the front of the V-bank cover to detach the 3 pins. Then remove the 2 V-bank cover hooks from the bracket, and remove the V-bank cover.

3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the vacuum hose and No. 2 ventilation hose.

  1. Loosen the 2 hose clamps.

  1. Remove the air cleaner hose.



4. REMOVE AIR CLEANER ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the 3 bolts and air cleaner.



5. DISCONNECT WATER PIPE AND HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 2 bolt and disconnect the water pipe and hose.



6. REMOVE IGNITION COIL ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the 8 ignition coil connectors.

  1. Remove the 8 bolts and 8 ignition coils.

7. REMOVE SPARK PLUG

  1. Remove the 8 spark plugs.
