Power Steering Oil Pressure Switch Removal

  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL

  2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON TRIM PACKING A

  3. REMOVE FRONT HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Active Height Control)

  4. DRAIN POWER STEERING FLUID

  5. REMOVE POWER STEERING OIL PRESSURE SWITCH

Power Steering Oil Pressure Switch -- Removal



1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL


2. REMOVE FRONT FENDER APRON TRIM PACKING A


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200
  1. Remove the 3 clips and front fender apron trim packing A.



3. REMOVE FRONT HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Active Height Control)


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200
  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the nut, bolt and front height control sensor sub-assembly RH.



4. DRAIN POWER STEERING FLUID


5. REMOVE POWER STEERING OIL PRESSURE SWITCH


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200
  1. Disconnect the power steering oil pressure switch connector.

  1. Using a 24 mm deep socket wrench, remove the power steering oil pressure switch.

  1. Remove the O-ring from the power steering oil pressure switch.
