Speed Sensor Installation

  1. INSTALL SPEED SENSOR SP2

  2. INSTALL SPEED SENSOR NT

  3. INSTALL FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (w/ DPF)

  4. INSPECT FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAK

Speed Sensor -- Installation



1. INSTALL SPEED SENSOR SP2


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the speed sensor SP2.

  1. Install the speed sensor SP2 to the automatic transmission assembly with the bolt.

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}
    NOTICE:
    1. When reusing the speed sensor SP2, inspect the O-ring.
    2. Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing the speed sensor SP2.

  1. Connect the speed sensor SP2 connector.



2. INSTALL SPEED SENSOR NT


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the speed sensor NT.

  1. Install the speed sensor NT to the automatic transmission assembly with the bolt.

    Torque:
    5.4 N*m{55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf}
    NOTICE:
    1. When reusing the speed sensor NT, inspect the O-ring.
    2. Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing the speed sensor NT.

  1. Connect the speed sensor NT connector.



3. INSTALL FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY (w/ DPF)
