  1. INSTALL SKID CONTROL BUZZER ASSEMBLY (for LHD)

  2. INSTALL SKID CONTROL BUZZER ASSEMBLY (for RHD)

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE

  4. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  5. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD

  6. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE

  8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

Skid Control Buzzer -- Installation


HINT:
  1. Other than areas where instructions are provided, use the same procedures for the RH and LH sides.
  2. The procedure listed below is for the LH side.


1. INSTALL SKID CONTROL BUZZER ASSEMBLY (for LHD)


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Connect the buzzer connector.

    NOTICE:
    Securely connect the connector.

  1. Attach the clamp to install the buzzer.

    NOTICE:
    1. Securely insert the clamp into the bracket.
    2. If the buzzer is dropped, replace it.


2. INSTALL SKID CONTROL BUZZER ASSEMBLY (for RHD)


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Connect the buzzer connector.

    NOTICE:
    Securely connect the connector.

  1. Attach the clamp to install the buzzer.

    NOTICE:
    1. Securely insert the clamp into the bracket.
    2. If the buzzer is dropped, replace it.


3. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE


Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Connect the connectors.

  1. Attach the 4 claws to install the No. 1 switch hole base.



4. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL

  1. Connect the connectors.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to connect the 2 control cables.



  1. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:



      Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the room temperature sensor.



  1. w/ Driver Side Knee Airbag:



    1. Attach the 16 claws to install the lower No. 1 instrument panel finish panel.

  1. w/o Driver Side Knee Airbag:



    1. Attach the 9 claws to install the lower No. 1 instrument panel finish panel.

  1. Install the 2 bolts <B>.

  1. Attach the 2 claws to close the hole cover.



5. INSTALL COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD

  1. Attach the 2 clips to install the cowl side trim board LH.

  1. Install the cap nut.

6. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Connect the connector.

  1. Attach the 3 claws to install the No. 1 instrument panel under cover sub-assembly.

  1. Install the 2 screws <A>.

7. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE

  1. Attach the 7 claws and 4 clips to install the front door scuff plate LH.



8. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Click here).
