  1. DRAIN CLUTCH FLUID

  2. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (w/ Driver Side Knee Airbag)

  3. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Driver Side Knee Airbag)

  4. REMOVE MAIN BODY ECU (COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK LH)

  5. DISCONNECT CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE AND CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE

  6. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUPPORT ASSEMBLY WITH CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER

  7. REMOVE TURNOVER SPRING

  8. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING

  9. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD

  11. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR

  12. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL BUSH

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION

  14. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL TURNOVER BUSH

  15. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS BUSH

  16. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER

Clutch Pedal (For Lhd) -- Removal



1. DRAIN CLUTCH FLUID


2. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (w/ Driver Side Knee Airbag)

3. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/o Driver Side Knee Airbag)

  1. Detach the 2 claws and disconnect the DLC3.

  1. Remove the 5 bolts <B> and lower instrument panel sub-assembly.

4. REMOVE MAIN BODY ECU (COWL SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK LH)

5. DISCONNECT CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE AND CLUTCH RESERVOIR TUBE

  1. Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the flexible hose tube.

    HINT:
    Use a container to catch the fluid.

  1. Disconnect the clutch reservoir tube.



6. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUPPORT ASSEMBLY WITH CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER

  1. Disconnect the clutch start switch connector.

  1. w/ Cruise Control System:
    Disconnect the clutch switch connector.

  1. Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and clutch pedal support with clutch master cylinder.



7. REMOVE TURNOVER SPRING

  1. Move the pedal to the full stroke position.

  1. Remove the turnover spring.



8. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING

  1. Remove the 2 E-rings and the spring with spacer.

  1. Remove the spacer from the spring.



9. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the clip, wave washer and clevis pin.

  1. Remove the nut, washer and bolt.

  1. Remove the clutch pedal from the clutch pedal support.



10. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL PAD

  1. Remove the clutch pedal pad from the clutch pedal.



11. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR

  1. Remove the clutch pedal shaft collar from the clutch pedal.



12. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL BUSH


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the 2 bushes from the clutch pedal.



13. REMOVE NO. 2 CLUTCH PEDAL CUSHION


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the 2 clutch pedal cushions from the clutch pedal.



14. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL TURNOVER BUSH

  1. Remove the clutch pedal turnover bush from the clutch pedal.



15. REMOVE CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER PUSH ROD CLEVIS BUSH


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the push rod clevis bush from the clutch pedal.



16. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200

  1. Remove the clutch pedal spring holder from the clutch pedal support.
