  1. REMOVE TRANSMITTER HOUSING COVER

  2. REMOVE DOOR CONTROL TRANSMITTER MODULE

  3. REMOVE TRANSMITTER BATTERY

Door Control Transmitter (W/O Entry And Start System) -- Removal


NOTICE:
Take extra care when handling these precision electronic components.


1. REMOVE TRANSMITTER HOUSING COVER


    Land Cruiser. Urj200, 202 Grj200 Vdj200.Door Lock.Power Door Lock Control System.Door Control Transmitter (W/O Entry And Start System)  Removal
  1. Twist a screwdriver in the direction of the arrow in the illustration and open the transmitter housing cover.

    NOTICE:
    Do not forcibly pry open the cover.
    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

2. REMOVE DOOR CONTROL TRANSMITTER MODULE

  1. Using a precision screwdriver, remove the door control transmitter module.

    NOTICE:
    When replacing the transmitter battery, before starting work, remove static electricity that has built up in the body by touching, for example, the vehicle to prevent the door control transmitter module set from being damaged.
    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

3. REMOVE TRANSMITTER BATTERY

  1. Twist a coin in the direction of the arrow in the illustration and remove the transmitter battery cover.

    NOTICE:
    When replacing the transmitter battery, before starting work, remove static electricity that has built up in the body by touching, for example, the vehicle to prevent the door control transmitter module set from being damaged.

  1. Remove the battery (lithium battery: CR2016).

    NOTICE:
    1. When replacing the transmitter battery, before starting work, remove static electricity that has built up in the body by touching, for example, the vehicle to prevent the door control transmitter module set from being damaged.
    2. Do not push the terminals with your finger.
    3. Do not forcibly pry up the battery. The terminals may become damaged.
    4. Do not touch the battery with wet hands. Water may cause rust.
    5. Do not touch or move any components inside the transmitter. the transmitter may cease to work.
