1. INSTALL KNOCK SENSOR


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131.1Nz-Fe Engine Control.Sfi System (For Sedan).Knock Sensor (For Hatchback) Installation

  1. Install the knock sensor onto the cylinder block with the nut as shown in the illustration.

    Torque:
    20 N*m{204 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf}
    NOTICE:
    1. Make sure that the knock sensor is in the correct position.
    2. If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.
    HINT:
    Perform "Inspection After Repairs" after replacing the knock sensor (YARIS_NCP93 RM000004NJD006X.html).

  1. Connect the knock sensor connector.
