  1. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Seat Type LH Side)

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Seat Type RH Side)

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fold Down Seat Type)

  5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

  6. SEPARATE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

  7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  8. REMOVE FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

  11. SEPARATE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  12. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

  13. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH LH

  14. REMOVE DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER

Door Control Receiver (For Hatchback 3 Door) -- Removal



1. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the deck board.



2. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Seat Type LH Side)

3. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for 60/40 Split Seat Type RH Side)

4. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Fold Down Seat Type)

5. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (YARIS_NCP93 RM0000036M5010X_01_0005.html).


6. SEPARATE FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

  1. Separate the front door opening trim.



7. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (YARIS_NCP93 RM0000036M5010X_01_0152.html).


8. REMOVE FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (YARIS_NCP93 RM0000036M5010X_01_0028.html).


9. REMOVE NO. 2 ROOM LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131.Door Lock.Power Door Lock Control System (For Sedan).Door Control Receiver (For Hatchback 3 Door) Removal

  1. Using a screwdriver with its tip wrapped in protective tape, disengage the claw.

  1. Disconnect the connector and remove the No. 2 room light assembly.



10. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and 4 guides and remove the rear floor finish plate.



11. SEPARATE REAR SEAT 3 POINT TYPE OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH
HINT:

12. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (YARIS_NCP93 RM0000036M5010X_01_0021.html).


13. REMOVE ROOF SIDE INNER GARNISH LH
HINT:
Use the same procedure as for the RH side (YARIS_NCP93 RM0000036M5010X_01_0023.html).


14. REMOVE DOOR CONTROL RECEIVER

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the bolt.

  1. Disengage the 2 hooks and remove the door control receiver.
