  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER (for Cover Separate Type)

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE

  5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON

  6. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE

  7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

  9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST HINGE

  11. REMOVE CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

  13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK COVER (for Cover Separate Type)

  15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY

Rear Seat Assembly (For Sedan 60/40 Split Seat Type Rh Side) -- Disassembly


CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp surfaces on the rear seatback frame could cause injuries to your hands.


1. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER (for Cover Separate Type)

  1. Remove the 39 hog rings and the rear seat cushion cover.



2. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  1. Push the lock button of the rear seat headrest support and remove the rear seat headrest.



3. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  1. Push the lock button of the rear seat headrest support and remove the rear seat headrest.



4. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE

  1. Remove the 2 screws and the rear seat shoulder belt guide.



5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON

  1. Remove the rear seatback lock release button.



6. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE

  1. Remove the 2 screws and the rear center seat shoulder belt guide.



7. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK CONTROL BEZEL

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seatback lock control bezel.



8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 7 clips and open the rear seatback cover.

  1. Remove the 2 nuts, the 2 wave washers and the rear seat center armrest.



9. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST HINGE COVER

  1. Disengage the 3 claws and remove the rear seat armrest hinge cover.



10. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST HINGE


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Remove the 2 bolts, the 2 spacers and the rear seat armrest hinge.



11. REMOVE CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Disengage the 4 claws and remove the cup holder.



12. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

  1. Remove the 9 hog rings.

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the rear seat headrest support.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure to remove all the rear seat headrest supports.


13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the rear seatback frame.



14. REMOVE REAR SEAT BACK COVER (for Cover Separate Type)

  1. Remove the 15 hog rings and remove the rear seat back cover.



15. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and the rear seatback lock.
