  1. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

  5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON

  6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

  8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

  10. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

Rear Seat Assembly (For Hatchback 60/40 Split Seat Type Lh Side) -- Disassembly


CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.


1. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Remove the 44 hog rings and the bench type rear seat cushion cover from the bench type rear seat cushion pad.



2. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the rear seat headrest assembly.



3. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the rear seat center headrest assembly.



4. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

Use the same procedure for both sides.

Protective Tape

  1. Using a screwdriver wrapped with protective tape, disengage the 4 claws to remove the rear seatback cover.



5. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON

  1. Turn the rear seatback lock release button in the direction indicated by arrow to remove it.



6. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET

  1. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the rear seatback stop button grommet.



7. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the 8 clips.

  1. Disengage the 5 hooks.

  1. Disengage the 8 claws to remove the 4 front seat headrest supports.



8. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Remove the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.



9. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK LOCK ASSEMBLY LH


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and the rear seatback lock assembly LH from the rear seatback frame subassembly LH.



10. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Remove the 6 hog rings and the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.
