Although the part name refers to the ventilation valve sub-assembly, this procedure is for the PCV valve.


1. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Remove the 4 nuts and No. 2 cylinder head cover.



2. REMOVE VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the ventilation hose from the ventilation valve sub-assembly.

  1. Remove the ventilation valve sub-assembly from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.
