  1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL

  4. SEPARATE AIR CONDITIONING PANEL ASSEMBLY

  5. DISCONNECT DEFROSTER DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. DISCONNECT AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Air Conditioning Panel (For Hatchback) -- Removal



1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH ASSEMBLY

  1. Disengage the 10 clips and the 4 guides and remove the instrument cluster finish panel garnish.

    HINT:
    Disengage the clips in order starting from the outside of the vehicle.
    NOTICE:
    To prevent parts from breaking, do not pull on section A when disengaging the clips.


2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Disengage the 7 clips.

  1. Disconnect the connector and remove the instrument cluster finish center panel.



3. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Disengage the 5 clips and remove the instrument cluster finish panel.



4. SEPARATE AIR CONDITIONING PANEL ASSEMBLY


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Disengage the claw and 7 clips.



    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Disconnect the connectors and separate the air conditioning panel.



5. DISCONNECT DEFROSTER DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the defroster damper control cable.



6. DISCONNECT AIR MIX DAMPER CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    Yaris. Ncp93, 131

  1. Disengage the 2 claws and disconnect the air mix damper control cable.
