Front Door Window Frame Moulding (For Hatchback Center) -- Removal


HINT:
  1. The front door window frame upper moulding is installed on the driver side only.
  2. The procedure described below is for the LH side.


1. REMOVE FRONT DOOR WINDOW FRAME UPPER MOULDING

  1. Using an infrared light, heat the front door window frame upper moulding.

    Heating Temperature
    Item
    		Temperature
    Vehicle Body
    		40 to 60°C (104 to 140°F)
    CAUTION:
    Do not burn yourself with the heated front door front lower frame or infrared light.
    NOTICE:
    1. Do not heat the vehicle body excessively.
    2. Remove any tape remaining on the front door front lower frame.

  1. Disengage the 3 guides while peeling off the double-sided adhesive tape.
