If a seat belt is not fastened, this system flashes the seat belt warning light and sounds the seat belt warning buzzer as a reminder.

| If front driver seat belt is unfastened and ignition switch is ON, combination meter assembly flashes seat belt warning light of combination meter assembly as reminder

Front Passenger Seat Belt Warning Light
| When front passenger seat is occupied and ignition switch is ON, if passenger seat belt is unfastened, combination meter assembly flashes front passenger seat belt warning light of hazard warning signal switch assembly as reminder

Seat Belt Warning Buzzer for Front Driver Side and Front Passenger Side
| If front driver or front passenger seat belt is unfastened and ignition switch is ON, combination meter assembly sounds buzzer as reminder
|
- When the ignition switch is ON, this system detects the condition of the seat belts based on signals from the front seat inner belt switches (for driver and front passenger seats) and the occupant classification sensor (front passenger side only).
