1.INITIALIZATION
NOTICE:
  1. If the ECM is replaced, register the ECU communication ID for Engine Immobiliser System (YARIS_NCP93 RM00000120Y021X.html).
  2. Perform the Reset Memory (AT initialization) when replacing the automatic transaxle assembly, engine assembly or ECM (YARIS_NCP93 RM000000W7F0J7X.html).
  3. Perform Registration (VIN registration) when replacing the ECM (YARIS_NCP93 RM000000PDT09GX.html).
HINT:
  1. The engine learned value cannot be reset by disconnecting the battery negative (-) terminal or removing the EFI MAIN and ETCS fuses.
  2. Refer to Initialization to perform Learning Value Reset and idle learning (YARIS_NCP93 RM000004NJD006X.html).

2.WHEN USING TECHSTREAM
CAUTION:
Observe the following items for safety reasons:
  1. Before using the Techstream, read the instruction manual.
  2. Prevent the Techstream cable from being caught on the pedals, shift lever or steering wheel when driving with the Techstream connected to the vehicle.
  3. When driving the vehicle for testing purposes using the Techstream, 2 persons are required. One is for driving the vehicle, and the other operates the Techstream.
