| 1. INSPECT INSTRUMENT PANEL PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY (for Vehicle not Involved in Collision) |
Perform a diagnostic system check (YARIS_NCP93 RM000000XFE0EEX.html).

With the front passenger airbag installed on the vehicle, perform a visual check. If there are any defects, such as those mentioned below, replace the instrument panel with a new one:
- Any cuts, minute cracks or marked discoloration on the instrument panel around the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly.
- Any cuts, minute cracks or marked discoloration on the instrument panel around the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly.

Perform a diagnostic system check (YARIS_NCP93 RM000000XFE0EEX.html).
With the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly removed from the vehicle, perform a visual check. If there are any defects, such as those mentioned below, replace the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly, instrument panel or instrument panel reinforcement with new ones:
- Any cuts, minute cracks or marked discoloration on the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly.
- Any cracks or other damage to the connector.
- Deformation or cracks on the instrument panel or instrument panel reinforcement.
- Any cuts, minute cracks or marked discoloration on the instrument panel passenger airbag assembly.
