  1. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

  3. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH (w/ Diffuser)

  4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH (w/ Diffuser)

  5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

  6. INSTALL CENTER HOOD CUSHION

  7. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER

High Pitched Horn -- Installation



1. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY


Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Install the horn with the bolt.

    Torque:
    23 N*m{235 kgf*cm, 17 ft.*lbf}

  1. Connect the horn connector.



2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER

  1. w/ Under Guard:
    Install the front bumper cover (RAV4_ACA30 RM000003PKD001X_02_0009.html).

  1. w/o Under Guard:
    Install the front bumper cover (RAV4_ACA30 RM0000015RH00GX_01_0003.html).



3. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH (w/ Diffuser)

  1. Install the splash shield with the nut, bolt and screw.



4. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH (w/ Diffuser)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


5. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

  1. Install the 2 radiator grille protectors.



6. INSTALL CENTER HOOD CUSHION


Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Install the hood cushion.



7. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER


Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Install the radiator support opening cover with the 9 clips.
