Oil Pump -- Reassembly



1. INSTALL OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE

  1. Coat the relief valve and relief valve hole with engine oil.

    		Relief Valve Spring

    		Relief Valve Plug

  1. Insert the relief valve and spring into the pump body hole.

  1. Using a 22 mm socket wrench, install the plug.

    Torque:
    37 N*m{377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf}


2. INSTALL OIL PUMP ROTOR SET

  1. Coat the oil pump drive and driven rotors with engine oil, and place them into the oil pump with the marks facing the oil pump cover side.

  1. Install the oil pump cover with the 6 bolts.

    Torque:
    8.8 N*m{90 kgf*cm, 78 in.*lbf}
