Heated Oxygen Sensor Installation

Using SST, install the sensor to the center exhaust pipe.

SST

Torque:

without SST:

44 N*m{449 kgf*cm, 32 ft.*lbf}

with SST:

40 N*m{408 kgf*cm, 30 ft.*lbf}

HINT:

1. Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 30 cm (11.8 in.).
   
2. Make sure SST and wrench are connected in a straight line.
   

Connect the sensor connector.

Install the floor under cover with the 3 clips, bolt and nut.

Torque:

for bolt:

12 N*m{122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}

for nut:

6.0 N*m{61 kgf*cm, 53 in.*lbf}

Install the rear console box sub-assembly (RAV4_ACA30 RM000001RHG00HX.html).
