  1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE AIR OUTLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR

Air Outlet Control Servo Motor (For Automatic Air Conditioning System) -- Removal



1. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the air conditioning unit assembly (RAV4_ACA30 RM0000017ZR01IX_01_0026.html).



2. REMOVE AIR OUTLET CONTROL SERVO MOTOR


    Toyota Rav4. Aca30, 33, 38 Gsa33 Zsa30, 35

  1. Remove the 3 screws.

  1. Detach the evaporator case from the blower case.

  1. Remove the 3 screws and disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the air outlet control servo motor.
