Shift And Select Lever Shaft -- Reassembly |
| 1. INSTALL RELEASE HEAD |
Install the release head to the shift and select lever shaft.
Using a 5 mm pin punch and hammer, tap in the slotted spring pin to the shift and select lever shaft.
- Standard depth:
- -0.2 to 0.8 mm (-0.00787 to 0.0315 in.)
- NOTICE:
- Make sure the installation direction is correct.

| 2. INSTALL FRONT INNER SHIFT LEVER |
Install the front inner shift lever to the shift and select lever shaft.
Using a 5 mm pin punch and hammer, tap in the front inner shift lever and slotted spring pin to the shift and select lever shaft.
- Standard depth:
- -0.2 to 0.8 mm (-0.00787 to 0.0315 in.)
- NOTICE:
- Make sure the installation direction is correct.

| 3. INSTALL INNER NO. 2 SHIFT LEVER |
Install the inner No. 2 shift lever to the shift and select lever shaft.
Using a 5 mm pin punch and hammer, tap in the inner No. 2 shift lever and slotted spring pin to the shift and select lever shaft.
- Standard depth:
- 0 to 0.6 mm (0 to 0.0236 in.)
- NOTICE:
- Make sure the installation direction is correct.
