  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER UPPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/o Under Guard)

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/ Under Guard)

  5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH (w/ Diffuser)

  6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH (w/ Diffuser)

  7. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

  8. INSTALL HOOD CENTER CUSHION

  9. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER

  10. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING

Headlight Assembly (W/O Hood Moulding) -- Installation



1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Connect the connectors with the headlight.

  1. Install the 3 screws and bolt.



2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER UPPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the reinforcement and install the 2 bolts.

  1. Connect the 2 horns connectors.



3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/o Under Guard)

  1. w/ Fog Light:
    Connect the 2 fog light connectors.

  1. Attach the 4 claws to install the bumper cover.

    HINT:
    The illustration only shows the LH side of the vehicle. The remaining claws are on the RH side.

  1. Install the 8 screws and 4 clips.

  1. Install the retainer.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  1. Position the groove on the pin hold clip vertically and insert the clip to install it.

    NOTICE:
    Make sure that the groove on the pin hold clip is positioned vertically.
    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.


4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER (w/ Under Guard)

  1. w/ Fog Light:
    Connect the 2 fog light connectors.

  1. Attach the 4 claws to install the bumper cover.

    HINT:
    The illustration only shows the LH side of the vehicle. The remaining claws are on the RH side.

  1. Install the 8 screws and 4 clips.

  1. Install the retainer.

    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  1. Position the groove on the pin hold clip vertically and insert the clip to install it.

    NOTICE:
    Make sure that the groove on the pin hold clip is positioned vertically.
    HINT:
    Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.


5. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH (w/ Diffuser)

  1. Install the splash shield with the nut, bolt and screw.



6. INSTALL FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH (w/ Diffuser)
HINT:
Use the same procedure described for the LH side.


7. INSTALL RADIATOR GRILLE PROTECTOR

  1. Install the 2 radiator grille protectors.



8. INSTALL HOOD CENTER CUSHION

  1. Install the hood cushion.



9. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT OPENING COVER

  1. Install the radiator support opening cover with the 9 clips.



10. ADJUST HEADLIGHT AIMING

  1. Adjust the headlight aiming (RAV4_ACA30 RM0000014E400MX.html ).
