Clutch Pedal (For Lhd) -- Disassembly |
| 1. REMOVE CLUTCH START SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Entry and Start System) |
Disconnect the clutch start switch connector.
Remove the nut and clutch start switch from the clutch pedal support.
| 2. REMOVE CLUTCH SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Cruise Control System) |
Disconnect the clutch switch connector.
Remove the nut and clutch switch from the clutch pedal support.
| 3. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING |

Remove the clutch pedal spring.
| 4. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Remove the clutch pedal return spring.
 |
Remove the bolt, nut and clutch pedal from the clutch pedal support.
 |
| 5. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING HOLDER |
 |
Remove the clutch pedal spring holder.
| 6. REMOVE COLLAR |
 |
Remove the 2 bushes and collar.
| 7. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL SPRING WITH HOOK |
 |
Remove the hook from the clutch pedal.
| 8. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL TURNOVER BUSH |
 |
Remove the bush from the clutch pedal.
Remove the 2 cushions from the clutch pedal.
| 9. REMOVE PEDAL SPRING HOOK |
 |
Remove the hook from the clutch pedal support.
