NOTICE:
When replacing the brake actuator assembly, perform zero point calibration (RAV4_ACA30 RM000001K1O00SX.html).
1.CHECK CAN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

  1. Check if a CAN communication system DTC is output (RAV4_ACA30 RM000001W16007X.html).

2.READ VALUE USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (AUTO LSD SWITCH)

  1. Check the Data List for proper functioning of the AUTO LSD switch (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000ONK01EX.html).

    ABS/VSC/TRC:
    Tester Display
    		Measurement Item/Range
    		Normal Condition
    		Diagnostic Note
    Auto LSD Switch
    		Traction control switch (VSC OFF switch) / ON or OFF
    		ON: VSC OFF switch is on
    OFF: VSC OFF switch is off
    		-
    OK:
    ON (VSC OFF switch is on) appears on the screen.

3.PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING INTELLIGENT TESTER (AUTO LSD INDICATOR LIGHT)

  1. Connect the intelligent tester to the DLC3.

  1. Start the engine.

  1. Select the Active Test mode on the intelligent tester (RAV4_ACA30 RM000000ONK01EX.html).

    ABS/VSC/TRC:
    Tester Display
    		Test Part
    		Control Range
    		Diagnostic Note
    Auto LSD Indicator Light
    		AUTO LSD indicator light
    		Indicator light ON / OFF
    		Observe the combination meter.
    OK:
    The AUTO LSD indicator light turns ON and OFF.
