  1. REMOVE MANUAL TRANSMISSION

  3. REMOVE HEATER ASSEMBLY

  4. REMOVE HEATER EXHAUST PIPE

  5. REMOVE HEATER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

Heater Exhaust Pipe (For 2Ad-Fhv) -- Removal



1. REMOVE MANUAL TRANSMISSION

2. REMOVE AIR DUCT

  1. Remove the clip, clamp, and air duct.



3. REMOVE HEATER ASSEMBLY


    Lexus Is250, Is220D. Gse20 Ale20.Heater.Combustion Type Power Heater System.Heater Exhaust Pipe (For 2Ad-Fhv) Removal

  1. Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the heater water inlet hose.

  1. Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the heater water outlet hose.



    Lexus Is250, Is220D. Gse20 Ale20.Heater.Combustion Type Power Heater System.Heater Exhaust Pipe (For 2Ad-Fhv) Removal

  1. Using pliers, grip the claws of the clip and slide the clip to disconnect the fuel hose.

  1. Disconnect the connector.

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and heater assembly.



4. REMOVE HEATER EXHAUST PIPE


    Lexus Is250, Is220D. Gse20 Ale20

  1. Remove the 2 bolts, 3 nuts, and heater exhaust pipe.



5. REMOVE HEATER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 4 bolts and heater bracket sub-assembly.
