1. INSPECT LICENSE PLATE LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the connector from the license plate light.

  1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard voltage:
    LH Side:
    Tester Connection
    		Condition
    		Specified Condition
    Q47-1 (B) - Q47-2 (E)
    		Dimmer switch ON
    		10 to 14 V
    Q47-1 (B) - Q47-2 (E)
    		Dimmer switch OFF
    		Below 1 V
    RH Side:
    Tester Connection
    		Condition
    		Specified Condition
    Q44-1 (B) - Q44-2 (E)
    		Dimmer switch ON
    		10 to 14 V
    Q44-1 (B) - Q44-2 (E)
    		Dimmer switch OFF
    		Below 1 V
    If the result is not as specified, repair or replace the wire harness or connector.
