1. INSPECT VACUUM REGULATING VALVE ASSEMBLY


    Lexus Is250, Is220D. Gse20 Ale20

  1. Inspect the VRV for an open circuit.

    1. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the terminals.

      Resistance:
      11.1 to 12.5 Ω at 20°C (68°F)

  1. Inspect VRV operation.

    1. Check that air flows from port E to G.

    2. Apply battery voltage across the terminals.

    3. Check that air flows from port E to the filter.
