Clutch Release Cylinder (For 2Ad-Fhv) Installation

Temporarily tighten the clutch release cylinder with the 2 bolts.

Temporarily tighten the clutch accumulator with the 3 bolts.

Using SST, connect the clutch line.

Torque:

15 N*m{153 kgf*cm, 11 ft.*lbf}

HINT:

Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 300 mm (11.81 in.).

Fully tighten the clutch release cylinder with the 4 bolts.

Torque:

12 N*m{120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}

Fully tighten the clutch accumulator with the 3 bolts.

Torque:

12 N*m{120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}

Fill the brake reservoir with the brake fluid and bleed the clutch system (Click here).

Torque:

11 N*m{112 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf}

Check for leakage from the clutch system.
