INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.CHECK CAN BUS LINE FOR OPEN (STEERING ANGLE SENSOR BRANCH LINE)

  1. Turn the engine switch off.

  1. Disconnect the steering angle sensor connector (J23).

  1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    Standard resistance:
    Tester Connection
    		Condition
    		Specified Value
    J23-10 (CANH) - J23-9 (CANL)
    		Engine switch off
    		54 to 69 Ω
