Brake Master Cylinder (W/ Ecb) Reassembly

Install the brake stroke simulator cylinder to the brake simulator bracket with the 2 bolts.

Torque:

8.0 N*m{82 kgf*cm, 71 in.*lbf}

Install the connector to the brake stroke simulator bracket.

Temporarily install the brake master cylinder push rod clevis and the lock nut.

Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to 2 new master cylinder reservoir grommets and install them to the master cylinder assembly.

Install the brake master cylinder reservoir with the screw.

Temporarily install a new master cylinder gasket to the master cylinder assembly. Connect the brake stroke simulator cylinder tube to the brake stroke simulator cylinder sub-assembly and master cylinder assembly and loosely tighten the tube.

Install a new master cylinder gasket, master cylinder assembly and brake stroke simulator bracket to the master cylinder bracket with the 2 bolts.

Torque:

12.5 N*m{128 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf}

Use the SST to fully tighten the brake stroke simulator cylinder tube.
