Ventilation Valve Installation

Install the valve.

1. Apply adhesive to 2 or 3 threads.
   

   Adhesive:

   THREE BOND 1324 or equivalent
   

2. Install the valve.
   

   Torque:

   27 N*m{275 kgf*cm, 20 ft.*lbf}

Connect the hose to the valve.

Connect the air hose and ventilation hose.

Install the bolt and intake air connector pipe with the bolt.

Torque:

5.0 N*m{51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf}

Tighten the 2 hose clamps.

Install the side cover with the 2 clips and nut.

Install the intake duct seal with the 7 clips.

Install the cover with the 2 nuts.

Torque:

5.0 N*m{51 kgf*cm, 44 ft.*lbf}
