INSPECTION PROCEDURE

1.CHECK MAP DISC
Lexus Gs430, Gs300. Uzs190 Grs190.Navigation.Navigation System.Navigation System Map Disc Cannot Be Inserted

  1. Check that the map disc is not deformed or cracked.

    OK:
    No deformations or cracks on map disc.

REPLACE MAP DISC
OK


2.CHECK NAVIGATION ECU

  1. Check that the "PUSH" indicator near the disc slot turns on.

    OK:
    Indicator turns on.

PRESS EJECT SWITCH TO EJECT DISC
OK

PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
