  1. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT UPPER RECLINING COVER LH

  3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH

  4. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH

  6. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  7. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  9. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER KNOB CAP LH

  10. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  11. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

  13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

  14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY LH

  15. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

  16. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

  17. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

  18. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY

Rear Seatback Heater (For 60/40 Split Slide Walk-In Seat Type Lh Side) -- Removal

1. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

2. REMOVE REAR SEAT UPPER RECLINING COVER LH

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws and remove the rear seat upper reclining cover LH.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

3. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE LH

  1. Remove the 3 screws and reclining adjuster release handle LH.



4. REMOVE CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER LH

  1. Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

  1. Detach the 2 guides and remove the center seat hinge cover LH.



5. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION MOULDING LH

  1. Using a clip remover, detach the clip.

  1. Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 claws.

  1. Move the rear seat cushion moulding LH in the direction of the arrow to detach the guide and remove the rear seat cushion moulding LH.



6. REMOVE SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  1. w/ Seat Heater System:

    1. Disconnect the 2 rear seat heater connectors.

    2. Pull out the wire harness as shown in the illustration.

  1. Detach the hooks.

  1. Detach the hook and remove the seat cushion cover with pad.



7. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and center seatback assembly.



8. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Remove the bolt and inner belt and disconnect the 3 point type belt anchor.



9. REMOVE RECLINING ADJUSTER KNOB CAP LH

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and guide, and then remove the reclining adjuster knob cap LH.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

10. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Remove the 2 screws.

  1. Disconnect the cable in the order shown in the illustration and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly LH.



11. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

12. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

  1. Disconnect the outer belt from the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

  1. Detach the 2 claws and 2 guides, and then remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.



13. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK COVER

  1. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.

    HINT:
    Tape the screwdriver tip before use.


14. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD CARPET ASSEMBLY LH

  1. Using a clip remover, detach the 7 clips and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly LH.



15. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

  1. Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 1 seat headrest support assemblies.



16. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

  1. Remove the 10 hog rings and detach the hooks, and then remove the seatback cover with pad.

  1. Disconnect the outer belt from the seatback cover with pad.

    1. Remove the wire harness.



17. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER

  1. w/ Seat Heater System:

    1. Disconnect the rear seatback heater assembly wire harness from the separate type rear seatback pad.

  1. Remove the 8 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.



18. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY

  1. Cut off the 11 tack pins which fasten the rear seatback heater assembly to the separate type rear seatback cover, and then remove the rear seatback heater assembly from the separate type rear seatback cover.
