  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY RH

  2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER

  3. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

  5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD RH

  6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH

  7. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

  8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

Front Seat Cushion Heater (For Walk In Seat Type) -- Installation


CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
  2. The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.
  3. Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
  4. The procedure listed below is for the RH side.


1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION HEATER ASSEMBLY RH


Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155.Seat.Front Power Seat Control System (W/ Memory).Front Seat Cushion Heater (For Walk In Seat Type) Installation

  1. Set the seat cushion heater with the name stamp side facing the seat cushion cover.

  1. Install the seat cushion heater with new tack pins.



2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVER


Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155.Seat.Front Power Seat Control System (W/ Memory).Front Seat Cushion Heater (For Walk In Seat Type) Installation

  1. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.

    NOTICE:
    1. Be careful not to damage the cover.
    2. When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.


3. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

  1. Install the seat cushion cover with pad.

  1. Attach the claw to connect the connector.

  1. Attach the hooks.

  1. Connect the seat heater connector and attach the 3 wire harness clamps.

  1. Attach the hook.

  1. Install the clip.

  1. w/ Front Seat Side Airbag:

    1. Connect the airbag wire harness.

    2. Attach the fastening tape to close the cover.

  1. Connect the seat heater connector and attach the wire harness clamp.

  1. Install the rubber band to the seat cushion spring.



4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY RH

  1. Install the front seat belt anchor plate.

  1. Install the front seat inner belt assembly RH to the front seat assembly RH with the nut.

    Torque:
    42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}
    NOTICE:
    Do not allow the anchor part of the front seat inner belt assembly RH to overlap the protruding parts of the front seat adjuster.

  1. for Manual Seat, Power Seat 4 Way Seat Type:
    Connect the 2 connectors and attach the 3 clamps.

  1. for Power Seat 8 Way Seat Type:
    Connect the 2 connectors and attach the 6 clamps.



5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD RH

  1. Attach the 5 claws to install the cushion shield.



6. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD RH

  1. Attach the cable clamp.

  1. Attach the 2 clips and 5 claws to install the cushion shield.

  1. Install the screw.



7. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE RH

  1. Attach the claw to install the handle.



8. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the front seat assembly (LandCruiser RM0000046B600AX.html).
