Rear No. 1 Seat Assembly (For 60/40 Split Slide Walk-In Seat Type Rh Side) Removal


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK INNER BRACKET COVER

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK OUTER BRACKET COVER

  4. REMOVE SEAT TRACK INNER BRACKET COVER RH

  5. REMOVE SEAT TRACK COVER RH

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
  2. The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
  1. Remove the rear seat headrest assembly.



2. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK INNER BRACKET COVER

  1. Using moulding remover A, detach the 2 claws and guide, and then remove the rear seat track inner bracket cover.



3. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK OUTER BRACKET COVER

  1. Using moulding remover A, detach the 2 claws.

  1. Move the rear seat track bracket cover in the direction of the arrow to detach the 2 guides and remove the rear seat track outer bracket cover.



4. REMOVE SEAT TRACK INNER BRACKET COVER RH

  1. Using a clip remover, detach the 8 clips and remove the seat track inner bracket cover RH.



5. REMOVE SEAT TRACK COVER RH

  1. Using a clip remover, detach the 5 clips and claw, and then remove the seat track cover RH.



6. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY RH
  1. w/ Seat Heater System:
    Disconnect the seat heater connector.

  1. Disconnect the center inner seat belt from the seat.

  1. Remove the 5 bolts and nut.

  1. Remove the rear seat assembly RH.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
    HINT:
    Be sure to remove the seat with the seatback folded down.
