Rear No. 1 Seat Assembly (For 60/40 Split Slide Walk-In Seat Type Lh Side) Disassembly

Using a screwdriver, detach the 3 claws and remove the rear seat upper reclining cover LH.

HINT:

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

Remove the 3 screws and reclining adjuster release handle LH.

Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

Detach the 2 guides and remove the center seat hinge cover LH.

Using a clip remover, detach the clip.

Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 claws.

Move the rear seat cushion moulding LH in the direction of the arrow to detach the guide and remove the rear seat cushion moulding LH.

Using a clip remover, detach the 3 clips and remove the rear seatback lock striker cover LH.

w/ Seat Heater System:

1. Disconnect the 2 rear seat heater connectors.
   





2. Pull out the wire harness as shown in the illustration.
   

Detach the hooks.

Detach the hook and remove the seat cushion cover with pad.

Remove the 2 rear No. 2 seat protectors from the separate type rear seat cushion pad.

Remove the 14 hog rings and separate type rear seat cushion cover from the separate type rear seat cushion pad.

Cut off the 23 tack pins and remove the rear seat cushion heater assembly from the separate type rear seat cushion cover.

Remove the rear seat cushion edge protector from the cushion spring.

Remove the 2 bolts and center seatback assembly.

Remove the rear seat center headrest assembly.

Using a clip remover, remove the clip.

Detach the 2 guides and remove the center seat hinge cover.

Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the "TORX" bolt, bush and rear seat reclining bracket LH.

Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the "TORX" bolt, bush and rear seat reclining bracket RH.

Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 claws.

Detach the guide and remove the rear seatback stay cover LH.

Using a moulding remover, detach the 3 claws.

Detach the guide and remove the rear seatback stay cover RH.

Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts and 2 bushes.

Remove the nut and rear center seat armrest support LH.

Remove the rear seat center armrest assembly as shown in the illustration.

Remove the 2 screws.

Using moulding remover A, detach the 2 claws and remove the rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly.

Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.

HINT:

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

Using a moulding remover, detach the claw.

Move the cover in the direction of the arrow to detach the clip and 2 guides, and then remove the rear seatback lock cover.

Using a clip remover, detach the 5 clips and remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly.

Detach the hooks.

Remove the seat armrest cover with pad.

Remove the seat armrest cover from the pad.

Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports.

Using moulding remover A, detach the 2 claws.

Detach the guide and remove the No. 1 seatback cover.

Detach the clamp and disconnect the wire.

Remove the 2 bolts and rear seat lock assembly LH.

Remove the rear No. 1 seat lock control lever as shown in the illustration.

Detach the 2 claws and remove the fold seatback wire.

Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and guide, and then remove the coat hook cap.

HINT:

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

Remove the 3 screws and center No. 2 seatback cover.

Remove the bolt and rear No. 1 seat inner belt assembly LH and disconnect the No. 1 seat 3 point type belt assembly LH.

Using a screwdriver, detach the claw and guide, and then remove the reclining adjuster knob cap LH.

HINT:

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

Remove the 2 screws.

Disconnect the cable in the order shown in the illustration and remove the rear seat lock control lever sub-assembly LH.

Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the seat belt anchor cover cap.

HINT:

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

Disconnect the outer belt from the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

Detach the 2 claws and 2 guides, and then remove the rear seat shoulder belt cover.

Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 claws and remove the rear seatback cover.

HINT:

Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

Using a clip remover, detach the 7 clips and remove the rear seatback board carpet assembly LH.

Detach the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 1 seat headrest support assemblies.

Remove the 10 hog rings and detach the hooks, and then remove the seatback cover with pad.

Disconnect the outer belt from the seatback cover with pad.

w/ Seat Heater System:

1. Remove the wire harness.
   

w/ Seat Heater System:

1. Disconnect the rear seatback heater assembly wire harness from the separate type rear seatback pad.
   

Remove the 8 hog rings and separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad.

Cut off the 11 tack pins which fasten the rear seatback heater assembly to the separate type rear seatback cover, and then remove the rear seatback heater assembly from the separate type rear seatback cover.

Remove the rear seatback edge protector from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

Remove the 2 screws.

Detach the guide and remove the rear seat inner reclining cover LH.

Remove the 2 screws.

Detach the 2 claws and remove the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

Using a clip remover, detach the clip.

Using moulding remover A, detach the 4 claws.

Move the rear seat rear cushion moulding LH in the direction of the arrow to detach the guide and remove the rear seat rear cushion moulding LH.

Detach the 2 claws and remove the cap.

Detach the claw and guide, and then remove the rear seat reclining cover inner LH.

Remove the 2 nuts and rear seat cushion spring damper.

Detach the claw and guide, and then remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide.

Remove the nut and bolt, and then detach the 2 claws and remove the seat belt.

Cut off the 4 cable ties.

Detach the 3 cable clamps and disconnect the cable, and then remove the rear seat reclining control cable.

Detach the 3 cable clamps and disconnect the cable, and then remove the rear No. 2 seat reclining control cable.

Remove the 2 nuts and rear back lock control lever sub-assembly LH.

Disconnect the connector.

Detach the 2 clamps and remove the seat heater control sub-assembly.

Detach the claw and disconnect the rear seat wire connector.

Detach the clamp and remove the rear seat wire LH.

Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 2 "TORX" bolts.

Remove the 2 bolts and rear seatback frame sub-assembly LH.

Remove the 6 nuts and rear seat cushion frame sub-assembly LH.

Slide the slide rail to the rearmost position.

Using a small screwdriver, push down the handle stopper to detach the claw and remove the rear seat track adjusting handle LH.

HINT:

Insert the screwdriver into the hole shown in the illustration while looking into the hole.
