Rear No. 1 Seat Assembly (For 60/40 Split Slide Walk-In Seat Type Lh Side) Removal


  1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK INNER BRACKET COVER

  3. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER

  4. REMOVE SEAT TRACK INNER BRACKET COVER LH

  5. REMOVE SEAT TRACK COVER LH

  6. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
HINT:
  1. Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.
  2. The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.


1. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
  1. Remove the rear seat headrest assembly.



2. REMOVE REAR SEAT TRACK INNER BRACKET COVER

  1. Using moulding remover A, detach the 2 claws and guide, and then remove the rear seat track inner bracket cover.



3. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER TRACK BRACKET COVER

  1. Using moulding remover A, detach the 2 claws.

  1. Move the cover in the direction of the arrow to detach the 2 guides, and then remove the rear seat outer track bracket cover.



4. REMOVE SEAT TRACK INNER BRACKET COVER LH

  1. Using a clip remover, detach the 6 clips and remove the seat track inner bracket cover LH.



5. REMOVE SEAT TRACK COVER LH

  1. Using a clip remover, detach the 3 clips and remove the seat track cover LH.



6. REMOVE REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY LH
  1. w/ Seat Heater System:
    Disconnect the seat heater connector.

  1. Disconnect the center inner seat belt from the rear seat assembly.

  1. Remove the 5 bolts, nut and rear seat assembly LH.

    NOTICE:
    Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.
    HINT:
    Be sure to remove the seat with the seatback folded down.
