Front Seat Assembly (For Power Seat) Reassembly

Install the front seat side airbag assembly with 2 new nuts.

Torque:

5.5 N*m{56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf}

Attach the 2 clamps.

for Driver Side:
w/o Climate Control Seat System:

1. Attach the 2 clamps to install the No. 2 seat wire.
   

2. Connect the 2 connectors.
   

for Driver Side:
w/ Climate Control Seat System:

1. Attach the 3 clamps to install the No. 2 seat wire.
   

2. Connect the 2 connectors.
   

for Front Passenger Side:

1. Attach the 2 clamps to install the seat wire.
   

2. Connect the connector.
   

Attach the 2 claws to install the seatback climate control duct LH.

Install the seatback climate control blower LH with the 4 screws.

Connect the connector.

Install the separate type front seatback pad.

Set the seatback heater with the name stamp side facing the seatback cover.

Install the seatback heater with new tack pins.

Set the separate type front seatback cover in place.

Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seatback cover to the separate type front seatback pad with 13 new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the separate type front seatback cover.
   
2. Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seatback cover.
   

Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 front seat headrest supports.

w/ Front Seat Side Airbag:

1. Connect the seatback cover bracket to the separate type front seatback pad.
   

2. Install the seatback cover bracket to the seat frame with the nut.
   

   Torque:

   5.5 N*m{56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf}

   NOTICE:

   After the seatback trim cover is assembled, make sure the side airbag strap is not twisted.

w/o Seatback Board:

1. Close the 2 fasteners, and then close the separate type front seatback cover.

2. Using hog ring pliers, install 3 new hog rings.

   NOTICE:

   1. Be careful not to damage the separate type front seatback cover.
      
   2. Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seatback cover.
      

w/ Seatback Board:

1. Using hog ring pliers, install 5 new hog rings.

   2. Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seatback cover.
      

2. Attach the hooks.
   

Attach the guide to install the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

Attach the guide to install the reclining adjuster inside cover RH.

Install the front seat wire LH.

Attach the 2 guides to install the seat cushion climate control blower as shown in the illustration.

Install the seat cushion climate control bracket with the 2 screws.

Attach the 2 claws and 2 clamps to install the seat cushion climate control duct.

Attach the 2 clamps to install the seat heater control.

Connect the connector.

Move the front seat cushion edge protector LH in the direction of the arrow to attach the hook and install the front seat cushion edge protector LH.

Install the screw.

Attach the hook and clip to install the front seat lower cushion shield LH.

Install the screw.

Attach the hook and clip to install the front seat lower cushion shield RH.

Install the screw.

Attach the claw and guide to install the reclining adjuster inside cover LH.

Set the seat cushion heater with the name stamp side facing the seat cushion cover.

Install the seat cushion heater with new tack pins.

Set the separate type front seat cushion cover in place.

Using hog ring pliers, install the separate type front seat cushion cover to the separate type front seat cushion pad with 15 new hog rings.

NOTICE:

1. Be careful not to damage the separate type front seat cushion cover.
   
2. Be sure to securely install the hog rings as shown in the illustration while preventing wrinkles from forming on the separate type front seat cushion cover.
   

Type A:

1. Using hog ring pliers, connect the straps with new hog rings.

1. Connect the straps with new tack pins.

Install the seat cushion cover with pad.

for Front Passenger Side:
Attach the claw to connect the connector.

w/ Seat Heater System:
Connect the seat heater connector and attach the 3 wire harness clamps.

Attach the hooks.

Move the front seat leg cover LH in the direction of the arrow to install the front seat leg cover LH.

Attach the 2 claws.

Install the 2 seat adjuster caps.

Install the separate type front seatback assembly with the 4 bolts.

Torque:

42 N*m{428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf}

w/ Front Seat Side Airbag:

1. Connect the airbag wire harness.
   

2. Attach the fastening tape to close the cover.
   

3. Attach the 3 airbag wire harness clamps.
   

4. Attach the claw to connect the airbag connector.
   

Attach the 2 hooks.

Attach the clamp to connect the No. 2 seat wire.

w/ Seat Heater System:
Connect the seat heater connector and attach the wire harness clamp.

w/o Seatback Board:

1. Connect the rubber band.
   

for Driver Side:

Attach the 3 claws to install the front seat inner cushion shield LH.

Attach the 4 claws to install the front seat inner cushion shield RH.

Attach the 2 claws to install the front seat No. 1 inner cushion shield LH.

Connect the lumbar switch connector.

Attach the 2 claws to install the lumbar switch.

w/ Seat Memory System:
Connect the 2 power seat switch connectors.

w/o Seat Memory System:
Connect the power seat switch connector.

Install the front power seat switch LH with 3 screws.

Attach the 3 wire harness clamps and connect the seat wire connector.

Attach the 3 claws to close the wire harness cover.

Remove the clip attached to the separate type front seat cushion spring assembly and install it to the front seat cushion shield LH.

Attach the 2 clips, 3 claws and guide.

Attach the guide of the front seat No. 1 inner cushion shield LH and install the screw.

Connect the lifter motor connector.

Attach the 2 claws to install the reclining power seat switch knob.

Attach the 2 claws to install the slide and vertical power seat switch knob.

Install the 2 front seatback board clips to front seatback board sub-assembly LH.

Attach the 2 guides and 2 claws of the front seatback board clip to install the front seatback board sub-assembly LH.

Attach the 2 hooks to connect the 2 rubber bands.
