Rear No. 2 Seat Assembly (For Face To Face Seat Type) -- Reassembly |
- CAUTION:
- Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
- HINT:
- Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.
- The procedure listed below is for the LH side.
| 1. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY LH |
Install the seatback frame and 2 bushes.
Install the 2 bolts.
- Torque:
- 18 N*m{184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf}
| 2. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEAT BAND SUB-ASSEMBLY |
Install the seat band with the screw.
| 3. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH |
Install the seatback cover to the seatback pad.
| 4. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD |
Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover with pad to the seatback frame with new hog rings.

- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

| 5. INSTALL REAR SIDE SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH |
Install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad.
| 6. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD |
Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover with pad to the seat cushion frame with new hog rings.

Close the 2 fasteners.
| 7. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SIDE SEAT CUSHION LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY LH |
Install the spring to the seat cushion leg.
Install the seat cushion leg and 2 spacers.
Install the 2 pins and 2 washers.
Install 2 new E-rings.
| 8. INSTALL NO. 2 REAR SEAT LEG BRACKET COVER |
Attach the claw to install the cover.
| 9. INSTALL NO. 1 REAR SEAT LEG BRACKET COVER |
Attach the guide to install the cover.
Install the screw.
