Fuel Filter (For Fuel Tank Side) Replacement


  1. REMOVE FUEL PUMP FILTER ASSEMBLY

  2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP FILTER ASSEMBLY

  3. BLEED AIR FROM FUEL SYSTEM

  4. INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK

Fuel Filter (For Fuel Tank Side) -- Replacement



1. REMOVE FUEL PUMP FILTER ASSEMBLY


    Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155

  1. Disconnect the No. 4 fuel main tube sub-assembly and fuel suction tube sub-assembly from the fuel pump filter assembly (LandCruiser RM0000028RU05SX.html).

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and fuel pump filter assembly.



2. INSTALL FUEL PUMP FILTER ASSEMBLY

  1. Install the fuel pump filter assembly with the 2 bolts.

    Torque:
    5.0 N*m{51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf}

  1. Connect the No. 4 fuel main tube sub-assembly and fuel suction tube sub-assembly to the fuel pump filter assembly (LandCruiser RM0000028RU05SX.html).



3. BLEED AIR FROM FUEL SYSTEM

4. INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK
