Power Steering Oil Pressure Switch Removal


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. DRAIN POWER STEERING FLUID

  3. REMOVE POWER STEERING OIL PRESSURE SWITCH

Power Steering Oil Pressure Switch -- Removal



1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


Land Cruiser, Land Cruiser Prado. Grj150 Trj150,155 Kdj150,155 Lj150, Gdj150,155
  1. Detach the 2 front clips of the No. 1 engine cover sub-assembly.

  1. While pulling the No. 1 engine cover sub-assembly towards the front, detach the 2 rear pins, and then remove the No. 1 engine cover sub-assembly.



2. DRAIN POWER STEERING FLUID


3. REMOVE POWER STEERING OIL PRESSURE SWITCH

  1. Disconnect the power steering oil pressure switch connector.

  1. Using a 19 mm deep socket wrench, remove the power steering oil pressure switch.
